	The basic plan of all the Skara Brae houses. Opposite is the dresser where prized objects were stored and displayed.  Set into the floor around it are small tanks for preparing fish bait.  In the centre of the floor is the hearth. On either side of the house are box beds with storage spaces set into the walls above.
